Defendant, Ronald Kay Aldeman, was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of larceny of a motor vehicle as defined in section 321.82, Code 1962. On July 11, 1966 defendant personally and by his court appointed attorney withdrew his former plea of not guilty and entered a plea of guilty to the crime charged. He then waived time for sentencing and stated he knew of no good reason why judgment should not be pronounced. He was sentenced to...
