The grand jury of Orange County issued an indictment accusing the defendant Arthur V. Jones, and two codefendants, Donald Franklin and Robert Sisko, of conspiracy (Pen. Code, § 182) to commit perjury in two civil suits; the second count accused defendant of subornation of perjury (Pen.
