This action was brought in the United States District Court for the District of Utah by appellee Jo D. Evans, to recover on a Workmen's Compensation award made by the State Industrial Court of Oklahoma. The trial court upheld the validity of the award and entered judgment against the appellant Pease Brothers, Inc., a Utah corporation, for the full amount thereof.
