The plaintiff in a suit to void a deed of conveyance and a deed of trust executed by an alleged incompetent, has appealed from that portion of a final decree entered by the Circuit Court for Leon County upholding the deed of trust, and the crossappellants have appealed from that portion thereof voiding the deed of conveyance to them.
