On March 3, 1965 appellant Landon Zuckerman was disbarred and appellant Sam Haber was suspended from the practice of law for a period of five years (23 A.D.2d 825.) Charges numbered 5-B, 5-F and 5-H were sustained against both defendants and charge 5-A was sustained as to Zuckerman only. The other charges were dismissed.
