Clement, D.C., 247 F.Supp. 886, this court held that the Tennessee Congressional Districting Act, Chapter 4, Public Acts of the Extraordinary Session of 1965, T.C.A. § 2-502, is unconstitutional for the reasons stated in said opinion.
