This cause originated as a result of the issuance of three traffic tickets citing Eugene Forest Miner for driving with a revoked driver's license, for disobeying a stop sign, and for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating beverages. Defendant moved for a preliminary hearing. The People filed a verified complaint but refused to participate in a preliminary hearing. The court then dismissed the complaint as a result of the refusal...
