Appellant was found guilty on June 27, 1966 of two counts of possession and control of a narcotic drug by a jury in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County. After a further finding of guilt as to an addendum to the indictment by Chief Judge Matthew S. Evans, sitting without a jury on July 11, 1966, appellant was sentenced to six years imprisonment on each count, the sentences...
