July 5, 1963, Opal M. English and Harry L. English filed a personal injury action in Marshall County, demanding a jury trial, against Kurk Seberg and Edward Seberg as the result of a collision on July 9, 1961 between the English and Seberg vehicles. Defendants filed answer August 13.
