This is a mechanics' lien case wherein Denver Decorators, Inc. sought to enforce a mechanics' lien against certain real property owned by the Twin Teepee Lodge, Inc. Denver Decorators, Inc., a Colorado corporation engaged in carpentry and painting work, will hereinafter be referred to as Decorators and the Twin Teepee Lodge, Inc., will be referred to simply as the Lodge.
