Defendant, Sanford Clair Lukenbach, was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of larceny of a motor vehicle as defined in section 321.82, Code 1962. On September 30, 1965 defendant personally and by his court appointed attorney entered a plea of guilty to the crime charged. Date for sentence was set for October 7, 1965.
