As plaintiff in the trial court, appellee sought to recover compensatory damages from the appellants as defendants charging wrongful death of her husband as the result of an automobile accident. The parties will be designated here as they were in the court below. The jury found in favor of the plaintiff and she was awarded substantial damages.
