Plaintiff brought this suit to declare fraudulent and void a conveyance of real property from Elmer and Alice Morley to defendants Dolph and Hazel Morley. Plaintiff is a judgment creditor of Elmer and Alice Morley. The trial court entered a decree in favor of defendants and plaintiff appeals.
