Gordon Urquhart, 2d, and his niece, Marilyn U. Consentino, who are contingent remaindermen of the trust. Exceptants have instituted and vigorously pressed litigation in the Orphans' Court of Chester County, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and in this court...
