This appeal comes to us from those parts of a decree issued by the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County (Childs, J.) dismissing the plaintiff-appellant's bill of complaint against Nils Brekke, Howard J. McGrath, Trustee, A. Slater Clarke, Trustee, and Charles B. Sullivan, Jr. and further declaring that the chattel deed of trust from Nils Brekke to the trustees dated August 26, 1962 and recorded among the chattel records...
