This is an appeal from an order of the probate court entered on an administrator's petition for determination of beneficiaries. The appellant is the son and sole heir at law and next of kin of the testator. The appellees are three of the six legatees named in the will, the other three legatees having predeceased the testator.

The will was executed August 29, 1930, and the testator died April 15, 1965...
