MR. PRESIDING JUSTICE MURPHY delivered the opinion of the court.

Defendant was charged with driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, in violation of the Uniform Act Regulating Traffic (Ill Rev Stats 1961, c 95 1/2). Upon a plea of not guilty and waiver of a jury, the court found defendant guilty and assessed a fine of $100 and $5 court costs and ordered that defendant's driver's license be revoked for one year.
