This is a suit for personal injuries resulting from an intersectional collision involving two automobiles. Plaintiff, a guest passenger in one of the cars, was an unmarried 20-year-old minor at the time of the accident; she reached the age of majority prior to the filing of this suit. Her claim is solely for damages for personal injuries; because she was a minor at the time they were incurred, special damages, such as medical, were sought and recovered...
