This is a suit for damages ex delicto, arising when the minor child of petitioners was struck and killed by a sugar cane truck. The defendants are Theodore P. Brown, the driver of the truck at the time of the accident, Hanover Insurance Company, the liability insurer of the truck, Herbert Cox, the owner of the truck, Earl Antill, Sr. and James Antill, alleged joint venturers and partners of Herbert Cox, and Harrison Gill, an alleged employer of defendant...
