Bowlero, Incorporated, a Louisiana corporation, together with several individuals domiciled in Texas, filed this suit in Caddo Parish, Louisiana, for declaratory judgment against Earl Allen, also a Texas domiciliary, seeking determination of the legal responsibility of Bowlero on certificates of indebtedness issued by plaintiff corporation to co-plaintiffs.
