At about 7:10 A.M. on April 19, 1965, Ernest Bettez and his wife left their residence located at 150 Fieldcrest Road in Manchester which was then unoccupied until 12:05 P.M. when Ernest returned. Upon entering he discovered immediately that everything in the bedroom was "all upside down" and that a wall safe in a walk-in closet was gone. Also missing were $50, a Hamilton electric wrist watch, a bed spread, a bottle...
