On August 1, 1964 Wellington August, a thirty year old male, was injured in an automobile accident at the intersection of North Claiborne Avenue and Elysian Fields Avenue, in the City of New Orleans, when the automobile he was driving was struck in the rear by a truck owned by Supreme Construction Company and driven by one Henry Everfield. Wellington August sued Mr. Everfield and Supreme Construction Company for damages arising out of personal injuries...
