These two civil actions, consolidated in the trial court and here on certificate, were instituted in the Circuit Court of Marion County March 27, 1967, by the plaintiffs, Howard A. Kisner and Reva Gay Kisner, his wife, for the recovery of property damages, personal injuries and loss of consortium, which resulted from a collision which occurred May 10, 1953, in the City of Fairmont, West Virginia, between an automobile owned and operated by the plaintiff...
