By law action plaintiff, Mary Shonka, guest in an automobile owned and operated by host-driver, Leola Belle Rice, sought damages from defendant, Roger E. Campbell, owner and operator of another automobile, as a result of collision of the two vehicles. Defendant Campbell cross-petitioned against host-driver Rice, as concurrent tort feasor, for contribution. A counterclaim against Campbell was filed by Rice for damage to her car.
