The appellant, Erving's Hatcheries, Inc., brought this action in the Circuit Court of Quitman County to recover damages resulting from the alleged negligence of the appellee, an attorney, in allowing the statute of limitations to run against a suit on an open account for $2500.00 due by William Johnson Garrott.
