This is an appeal from an order denying the plaintiff's petition that a divorce decree be amended to award her permanent custody of the two minor children of the parties.

The plaintiff and defendant, Joan and LeRoy Vysoky, were married in 1958. Two children were born of their marriage, James and Donna. In 1962 the plaintiff filed a complaint for divorce and an uncontested decree was entered in June 1963...
