Plaintiff instituted this suit against defendant for a money judgment in the amount of $2,000.00, plus interest at the rate of 8% per annum from February 16, 1962, and attorney's fees of 15% on the aggregate of principal and interest due, subject to a credit of $600.00 paid on October 10, 1962. It is alleged that on February 16, 1962, plaintiff loaned defendant $2,000.00 in order that defendant could in turn loan the money to a third person, namely Alexander...
