RAWLINGS, Justice.

By county attorney's information defendant was charged with the crime of manslaughter committed by driving and operating his motor vehicle in a reckless manner, causing the death of one David Ellsworth Preston.

Defendant entered a not guilty plea. Trial to jury resulted in conviction and sentence. He appeals. We affirm.
