(hereafter Radory), codefendant with and subcontractor to New York Telephone Company (Telephone) exposed, uprooted and caused the toppling of a wooden sustaining pier or pilaster at the southeast corner of plaintiffs' building at Park Avenue and Union Street, Bay Shore, in Suffolk County.
