Plaintiffs inherited an oceanside tract of land in Brick Township with dimensions of approximately 670' x 88'. The short dimension fronts on Route 35 and the tract extends easterly to the Atlantic Ocean. About 16 years ago, before adoption of the existing requirements of the municipal zoning ordinance for minimum lot size, setbacks and side and rear yards, four bungalows were erected for summer occupancy on the tract and have been seasonally occupied by...
