Plaintiff corporation over a period of time sold and delivered merchandise to a corporation known as Transco-Southern, which was a wholly owned subsidiary of defendant Transonic Corporation (formerly known as Transcontinental Industries, Inc.). The delivery and the value of the goods in question is not in dispute. The sole question in the case is whether defendant Transonic Corporation, by and through E. N....
