Eileen L. Angell was charged with a violation of section 505 of The Vehicle Code of April 29, 1959, P. L. 58, 75 PS §505, in that her car was bearing Wisconsin plates on August 6, 1965, at The Ranch on route 19 in North Strabane Township. It is clear that the act or thing occurred, i. e., Mrs. Angell's Plymouth coupe carried Wisconsin registration plate no. H33655 for 1965, on the day in question.
