HALLOWS, J.
The sole issue on this appeal is whether the court erred in changing the answer of the verdict and dismissing the complaint, and this question turns on whether there was sufficient credible evidence, taking it most favorably in support of the verdict, on which a jury might find defendant Kozlowski negligent.
