This is an adoption proceeding involving Angelia Kay and Julie Kay Moriarty, minor children of David D. Moriarty and Jayne R. Moriarty, now Postlethwait. The father and mother were divorced and exclusive care, custody and control of the two children was given to the father. The mother was granted reasonable rights of visitation.
