In this action of fraud and deceit, the plaintiffs, Walter W. Horner and Harriette M. Horner, sought recovery of damages for misrepresentations allegedly made to them concerning termite damage in a house which they purchased from Willard M. Ahern and Reeves M. Ahern through the real estate firm of T. & T. Company, Inc. The Aherns, the real estate firm, and two of its agents and employees, Karl N. Reidelbach and B. L. Dillard, III, were all named...
