MOLLOY, Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment of guilt and order for probation as to a charge of assault with a deadly weapon.

The defendant was an enlisted man in the United States Army, stationed at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, and, on the evening in question, was the driver of a car in which there were three female passengers, two of whom were members of the Women's Army Corps.
