ELLIS, Judge.
A review of the record shows that the judgment herein was signed, and notice thereof dispatched to plaintiff's attorney on February 7, 1966. The order granting the devolutive appeal herein was signed on April 11, 1966, and the appeal made returnable to this court on June 3, 1966. However, the appeal bond was not filed until June 2, 1966.
