By this tort action Walter F. Peterson seeks damages for personal injuries allegedly resulting from a head-on collision between a loaded pulpwood truck owned by Adell Amos, driven by Huey Lee Holmes, and a pickup truck owned and operated by Peterson. At the time of the accident Holmes was driving the pulpwood truck to the Continental Can Company, Inc. paper mill at Hodge, Louisiana. Amos was a pulpwood producer for Joe D. Burns, president of Burns Forest...
