This is an appeal by Dennis J. Johnson from a decision of the Louisiana Civil Service Commission.

The facts show that on April 20, 1966, J. D. Middlebrooks, acting warden of the Louisiana State Penitentiary, informed the petitioner by letter that he was relieved of his duties as Foreman III and was to be considered on annual leave until further notice.
