This bill in equity was brought in 1957 pursuant to G.L. 1956, § 45-24-7, to enjoin the use of certain lands in the town of Lincoln owned by the respondent Joseph A. Cournoyer in violation of the provisions of the zoning ordinance of that town. The cause came on to be heard on the complainant's motion to dispose of the contempt and to impose sentence.
