Plaintiff Braune, a non-resident real estate owner in the Town of Rochester, brought this Bill in Chancery in the Windsor County Court of Chancery to enjoin the defendants from selling any of his real estate for taxes claimed to be delinquent for the years 1964 and 1965. Also sought by the plaintiff was an order directing the amount of $253.92 as full payment for the year 1965, as well as both actual and punitive damages claimed to have been suffered...
