Appeal from district court judgments.

On August 11, 1964, a collision occurred at the intersection of two graveled roads in a rural area when a southbound vehicle operated by defendant and third-party plaintiff, Lester V. Pierce, collided with an eastbound vehicle operated by third-party defendant, Herman Zens. The death of a passenger in the Zens car resulted from the collision.
