Roy Mayhall, the then Chairman of the State Democratic Executive Committee of Alabama, qualification forms as a candidate for Place No. 1, State Democratic Executive Committee from the Seventh Congressional District as that district existed in November 1960, subject to the Democratic Primary Elections to be held on 3 May and 31 May 1966.
