This complaint1 was brought in the superior court by Industrial National Bank of Providence (now Industrial National Bank of Rhode Island) in its capacity as trustee under the will of Samuel Pomeroy Colt,2 late of the town of Bristol, for the construction of certain portions of the twenty-seventh clause of the latter's will and for instructions to the trustee relative thereto...
