1. This case involves a grade crossing collision between one of the defendant's trains and a tractor and wagon belonging to the plaintiff. The plaintiff's employee testified that he drove the tractor from a field to a road paralleling the track and about 200 yards from the crossing; stopped at a point 162 feet from the crossing, but not hearing the train, and his vision being obscured by tall weeds along the track, he proceeded onto the track where the...
