OPINION

ROBERTS, Chief Justice.

This is a civil action brought by the widow of the insured, Enrico R. D'Arezzo, to recover benefits for accidental death pursuant to the terms of a policy issued by the defendant. After a jury trial in the superior court, a verdict was returned for the defendant. The plaintiff's subsequent motion for a new trial was denied by the trial justice, and she now prosecutes her appeal to this court.
