Petitioners W. E. Ramshaw and the State of Idaho, pursuant to Section 12(c) of the Hatch Political Activities Act of 1939,1 hereinafter referred to as the Act, seek review of a United States Civil Service Commission Report and Order dated August 31, 1966. The Commission action here in dispute found Petitioner Ramshaw to be in violation of Section 12(a) of the Act,
