DAY, Chief Judge.

This is an action by the Secretary of Labor brought under the provisions of Section 16(c) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq., to recover unpaid overtime compensation alleged to be due and owing by the defendants to H. Henry Briggs, James G. Hoard and John W. Greene in connection with their employment by them.
