The parties are separated husband and wife. The husband, who resides in the home, brought this action in equity to require the wife to pay him one-half of the balance in a joint checking account. The wife closed the account by withdrawing all of the money and using it for herself. The wife's counterclaim is that she has been excluded from the home, denied the use of the furnishings and an automobile. She asks that the husband be required...
