WEINFELD, District Judge.

The plaintiff, American Crystal Sugar Company (American Crystal), seeks construction of a final judgment entered in this action1 by the Honorable Archie O. Dawson, which, among other matters, decreed that the acquisition of plaintiff's stock by the defendant, North American Sugar Industries, Inc. (North American),2 violated section 7 of the Clayton Act.
